How to Be a Smart Traveler

Beautiful vacations can be easily ruined if you have not been prepared! Read on to find out how to be a smart traveler....

Think about where you are going. Pack

  • Somewhere Cold: Boots,sweaters,jackets,sweatshirts,jeans,sweatpants, and hats, and gloves.
  • Somewhere Hot: Tank tops ( for girls), shorts,tops,sandals,sneakers,bathing suit, hats,hair tyes (for girls) and sunglasses. Also, pack plenty of sunscreen.

Remeber the little things

Never forget to pack, a toothbrush,toothpaste,dental floss, mouthrinse( if used), medicine (if needed),and small pillows. These small pillows will come in handy when you are traveling.

Stay safe traveling

  • Plane: Stay seated and in your seatbelt, until the flight attendent say it is okay to stand and stretch.Pack lightly. Have neccesities in carry-on bag. If it is an overnight flight, make sure you have your pillow/blanket in your carryon bag, or use the ones they give you.
  • Bus or Car: Stay seated at all times. If in a car, keep seat belt on at all times.If on a bus, do not move from your seat, unless told other wise by someone trusted.

Tips

  • Never talk to people you do not know or follow them anywhere.

Warnings

  • Always have your iPod and Camera fully charged!
  • Never leave anything expensive anywhere that it can be stolen.
